All product prices are quoted in euros. Since Creativelab2.0 by Fei Riccardo operates a flat-rate tax regime, VAT is not applied or shown on invoices pursuant to Law 190/2014.
CreativeLab2.0 reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times are indicated during the purchase process. CreativeLab2.0 is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by events beyond our control.
8. Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds for customized products, as they are made to the customer's specific requests.
For non-customized products, you may return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the products are in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
